Mikes Miscellaneous Monday, Manhattan’s Piece Of The Berlin Wall

I am headed to Ireland for a few days and thought I would share an interesting piece of my adopted home. Just steps from 5th Avenue on 53rd street there is a small park that contains a section of The Berlin Wall. When you look at the graffiti covered wall  you can’t help but think about those amazing days when the wall was toppled. Almost more amazing than the graffiti covered side is how clean what must have been the Eastern side of the wall. It is symbolic of just how different the two societies were.
