Turkey Butchery..Stuffed Breast and More..

I received a coupon for a free turkey over the holiday season which had to be used before January 1st. As that is my busiest time of year the turkey has sat in my freezer for two weeks now. Using a whole turkey is not always the easiest thing to do and I decided to break it down into something a little more manageable. One breast I filled with stuffing. The second breast I made in to scaloppini. I cubed the thighs for stewing and still had the drumsticks left for roasting. And plenty of bones to make a delicious stock.
I will share recipes for these over the coming weeks. I apologize in advance for the quality of tis video put it will give you some idea of how to prepare and stuff a turkey breast.
