Yankee Stadium Demolition and then Street Fight

Here is bit of a change from my usual food photography. I was out and about yesterday. I decided checking out the last of the demolition of Yankee Stadium might be interesting. It was an amazing sight. The panoramic shot is actually four pictures I stitched together. I have not experimented much with photo stitching and am excited by the possibilities. It is something I will be working on for sure.
In the afternoon I headed down to Manhattan. While sitting in the window of a bar a I witnessed a street fight. I played the part of photo journalist and took some photos from the safety of the other side of the glass. Brave I am not.

And the downtown for a street fight. Now this would never happen up in The Bronx.

I have also been playing around with geotagging my travels on my phone. This was a combination of some walking and the subway. The average speed are way off as I was not on the move all the time but this is a cool App.
