Working Multiple Pans at The Same Time. Gotta Have A System

I have had had to make large numbers of crepes for events and would always be proud that I could operate four pans to facilitate cooking as many as possible in as short a time as possible. I am not sure what this woman is making but her system is really quite impressive.
