Easter Sunday.. Peanut Butter and Jelly Crepes

I am planning to head into Manhattan to take some photos of the Easter Parade so I fixed my self a quick breakfast.

I really should make crepes more often. They could not be easier and are so versatile with both savory and sweet fillings.

Basic Ingredients For Crepe Batter

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup water

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons butter, melted
