Recently at the Cinqo De Mayo festival I tasted a spit roasted pork item "Tacos Al Pastor" Check out the photos here. Pretty good as street food goes.
Today one of the cooks put a version of the dish together that was incredibly delicious. Spiced pork, avocado, pineapple,onion, cilantro and finished with a squeeze of lime.
