Left Over Pizza Dough

I had made some homemade pizza and as always had made too much dough. I always make plenty as it is so easy and keeps pretty well. I sometimes even freeze part cooked rounds for a quick supper and that is cheaper and better than take out. I decided to make a couple of Foccacia rolls to go with some chicken burgers. I just shaped up the dough and brushed it with olive oil then some rough ground black pepper on top and popped right into hot oven.The burgers were made Mediterranean style with red peppers, toasted garlic, cumin, cilantro and seasoned with cracked black pepper and salt. I topped the burgers with some mozzarella cheese.
There was no particular reason for not making these round other than looking for something different .
