Chickpea Flour and Baby Shrimp Pancakes

Some time ago I read an article by Mark Bittman in The New York Times about pancakes made with Chickpea Flour. I had made these in the past but decided it might be nice to try it again tonight. Delicious I have to say.

I made a thicker batter than his recipe and was very happy with the results. I ate it with some sauteed green vegetables.
